Kathie Lee Gifford recently wrote a book entitled:
“It’s Never Too Late: Make the Next Act of Your Life the Best Act of Your Life”
I like that thought. It’s a wake-up call for us to understand that no matter what age we are or what phase of our life we are in— this next “act” could be big!
If you strive to put some action and results into every next act of our life, imagine how strong you will be at the end of your life.
If you are a young professional, think about the “theme” for the upcoming year. What will you do to level up in all areas of your life?
If you are a seasoned professional, focus in on things you have not done that you still want to do and set goals to get there.
If you are nearing retirement, realize that you have many years ahead of you. After retiring early in my corporate life to start my executive coaching and training firm, I realized that I had not really retired, I re-wired.
Kathie Lee Gifford puts it another way. She said,
“I never considered retiring. I’m re-firing.”
So whatever age you are, here’s to always taking action for a full and complete life.
