“I Can’t Resist Doing Business with You”
Car shopping can be a real chore. It is not one of my favorite things to do. But it was and so we began the long process. What I discovered this time was that the youngest salespeople were willing to listen to what my wife and I were saying: ”We’ll tell you what we’re looking for. You tell us if you have it. Then give us a price and if it meets our budget, we’re ready to purchase.”
What’s interesting is that when our service manager heard that we might not be buying from this dealership again, he tried his best to keep us. My wife was not happy with the dealership ,so I really didn’t think they had a chance, but I was incorrect.
The SALESPERSON we had was more than willing to offer a reasonable price for our car.
The FINANCE MANAGER worked to make the process as speedy as possible.
The NEW CUSTOMER MANAGER worked with us to make sure that we understood details of the car.
The SIGNING MANAGER made the signing process efficient, well organized and painless.
The SERVICE MANAGER was so happy that he was still going to still be able to serve us.
What I’m saying is that we felt like we were with a family of folks who really cared about us.
